Get there from the Hamburg Airport (public transport):

You can use the city train line S1 to 'Wandsbeker Chaussee'. From 'Wandsbeker Chaussee' take the bus line 261 or X22 to 'Universität der Bundeswehr'.

Get there from Hamburg Central Station (public transport):

You can use the subway line U1 to 'Wandsbek Markt'. From 'Wandsbek Markt' take the bus line 10, 162, 263, or X22 to 'Universität der Bundeswehr'.
