NEIS 2016 took place on the 15-16 September 2016. Around 80 participants had the opportunity to listen to 28 paper presentations focusing on the following topics:
- Electrical power grids
- Wind and photovoltaic power plants
- Regulatory and market framework conditions
- Energy storage systems
- Grid integration
- Fuel cell and battery systems
Conference proceedings were published in Springer Vieweg.
The conference program was enriched by two keynote presentations:
