* Early bird registration is available only to the authors who have already submitted their final camera-ready paper.
**Available for a limited number of students, an application is necessary.
To register. please use the Conference Control Center of the Conference Management Platform. During the process you have to create an account. With this account you can log in later, using the login box on the left side, to check your documents, edit your abstract or change your personal data.
After registration you will receive an invoice to be paid by bank transfer.

Reduced Conference Fee
To support junior scientists, the NEIS Conference 2024 enables a limited number of students to participate in the conference to reduced conference fees. Students in bachelor or master degree courses can apply.
The following documents are required for a complete application.:
- Submission and presentation of a full paper as the lead author
- Submission of the registration form for authors
- Copy of student identity card
Please be aware of the following: all sponsored full papers will be marked as such and therefore published with a notification.
The reduced conference fee can be chosen during the registration process using the Conference Control Center of the Conference Management Platform.
Please choose the category “Reduced Conference Fee” only if all documents can be provided.
