During the first conference day, Monday September 21st, 2026, the lunch will be served at the conference locationĀ at around 12:00. The following list shows the different served plates during the first day of the event:


Vegetarian Selection

  • Wild herb salad with French dressing

  • Wrap with beetroot and sheep cheese cream

  • Eggplant and zucchini all’arrabbiata with shaved Parmesan

  • Braised mushrooms with cherry tomatoes and rosemary in balsamic vinegar

  • Mozzarella ā€œCapreseā€ with basil

  • Mixed bread basket


Meat & Fish Dishes

  • Fried turkey medallions on wok vegetables with pineapple and apples
    in spicy coconut curry sauce with basmati rice

  • Cod fillet, juicy fried on vegetable strips
    gratinated with lemon hollandaise, served with herb potatoes

  • Meatballs and vegetarian Kƶtbular on pan vegetables
    with roasted potatoes


Desserts

  • Chocolate mousse

  • Mango–butter biscuit cream

On the second day of the conference, Tuesday September 22nd, 2026, no lunch is involved and no activities are planned, since the conference will end at around 13:00. There will be servings of drinks and snacks during both days of the conference.
