Before submitting your abstracts and papers, please review the requirements and guidelines:


The conference will provide a forum for scientists to discuss the key aspects of a sustainable energy system, with the main focus on:

The submitted work should be original (unpublished research) and relate to the following topics:

  • Artificial Intelligence
    • AI implementation in electric-grids, electric mobility and hydrogen applications

Abstract Submission

To make a contribution to the conference, it is mandatory to submit (prior to the full paper submission) an abstract of up to max. 250 words using the NEIS 2026 Abstract Template. Besides formulating the main ideas, methodology, and findings of the research, authors are welcome to add results in the form of figures or tables (optional). Full Paper Manuscript Submission

  • Submission should be in Word format
  • Size of 4 – 6 DIN A4 pages (additional pages possible, extra fee required)
