To ensure a high quality, entertaining and smoothly working conference we need you to present your work compliant to our following rules:

For oral presentation of your research paper:

• You will have 12 minutes to present your work with a following 5 minutes for scientific exchange and questions. Please do not extend this time, as we want everybody to have the time to present his work properly.
• Please provide us with your presentation in a convertible power point format (pptx) no later than September 13th  via info@neis-conference.com titled [submission number]_[last name of presenting person], for example: “51_McAafe”.
• The presentation has to be in a 16:9 format and you are not allowed to use video material, as we would not be able to ensure technical feasability.

For poster presentation:

• Please print the poster in the format A0 and bring it with you to the conference. Other formats can not be displayed.
• If you wished us to print your poster (deadline passed), please provide us your poster no later than September 1st via info@neis-conference.com titled [submission number]_[last name of presenting person], for example: “51_McAafe”.
