NEIS2020 has sucessfully finished
For the first time in history, on the 14th and 15th of September 2020, there was an online NEIS conference. This year we had the pleasure to host 74 participants. Our honor guests presented 3 very interesting keynote presentations: Prof. McCulloch from the University of Oxford in the UK, Prof. Liserre from the University of Kiel in Germany and Dr. Weckesser from the DanskEnergi in Denmark. During the 4 oral sessions, 16 researchers presented their work which lead to some very interesting scientific discussions and knowledge exchange. Important scientific exchange was also a part of the two poster session, where the total of 25 papers were presented. For the first time this year, we also offered two webinars organized by the company morEnergy from Hamburg, focusing on the grid impedance measurement and from the company OPAL-RT, focusing on the real-time-simulation.
The first ever virtual group photo, with approximately the half of this year’s participants, gives a short insight into the atmosphere during the virtual toast.
We once again thank all of our keynote speakers, authors and other participants for their contribution to the conference.
